What you provide
Name, work email and a short message are required. Company, country, equipment or product, operating values and line details are optional. The selected equipment can be carried from an equipment page into the form. No file upload is offered at this stage.
To understand how equipment enquiries reach this site, your browser stores the first site page, an external referring hostname and valid campaign source, medium and campaign tags in session storage. This record is valid for 24 hours and is removed when next read after expiry. Full URLs, other query values and fragments are excluded. Source information is sent with your enquiry when you submit the form. A retry of the same request retains its original source information so the request remains consistent. These browser-supplied fields are not a verified customer or sales result.
How the request is handled
The form validates the request at the server, uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check abuse and sends the business enquiry through Cloudflare Email Service to two fixed receiving mailboxes. Your email is used as the reply-to address. A request reference helps distinguish duplicates. The form does not publish your submission.
Abuse prevention and retention
Turnstile may process browser and network signals before submission. The rate limiter uses a keyed, derived network identifier; it does not store the raw IP address as its rate-limit key. A short-lived server receipt stores the request reference, delivery status and a hash of the submitted fields for up to seven days, without saving the message body. The receiving mailboxes and Cloudflare may retain delivery records according to their applicable service settings.
