Start with the measurement boundary
Document the product and gas-side cleaning boundaries, drainability and release evidence for the actual food and connected circuit.
Identify all connected surfaces
Draw the feed/distributor, vessel, level devices, discharge pump and downstream isolation. Include the condenser and vapour line when product carry-over can reach them. List parts that need opening instead of claiming that circulation reaches everything.
Retain the cleaning conditions
Record the actual soil, chemistry, supply/return temperature and flow, contact time and rinse endpoint. Review materials, seals, nozzles and the vacuum isolation state against the agreed circuit.
Verify before release
Use the agreed inspection or residue method at named locations. Record calibration, deviations and corrective action. A completed programme or a clean-looking external shell is not a cleaning validation result.
Record your product and configuration
Download the blank configuration and trial data sheet. It contains no oxygen measurements, model ratings or completed case study.
