Deaeration trial and configuration

Spray, film and centrifugal distribution comparison

Compare product exposure, restrictions and cleaning before choosing the distribution method.

Start with the measurement boundary

Compare product exposure, restrictions and cleaning before choosing the distribution method.

Spray distribution

A nozzle creates exposed liquid area but needs a known pressure range and an opening compatible with pulp or particles. Record droplet/foam behaviour, blockage checks and the cleaning access. A clear-water spray does not establish the result for puree.

Film distribution

A supported liquid film needs consistent feed distribution and a surface that can drain and be cleaned. Review wetting at minimum flow, product viscosity at temperature and deposits on the support surface.

Centrifugal distribution

A rotating distribution element changes surface renewal and mechanical interfaces. Review shear sensitivity, fibres, balance, seals, drive protection and access. Compare all three methods on the same food, temperature, pressure and oxygen measurement method.
