Start with the measurement boundary
Connect headspace, feed distribution and pressure transitions to a representative foam trial.
Observe the real operating window
Use the intended product and feed preparation. Record foam rise and collapse as feed, temperature, level and absolute pressure change. Keep the stabilized result separate from start-up or recipe change.
Check the gas path as well as the vessel
Review foam or liquid carry-over to the condenser and vacuum source, the separation arrangement and cleaning access. A large vessel alone does not establish a stable foam window. Do not add antifoam unless recipe and process approval permit it.
Agree protective actions
Define pressure ramp, feed permissive, level limits, carry-over detection where supplied and the safe response. Record product loss and condensate condition in the trial. Confirm which controls are included rather than inferring them from a panel image.
Record your product and configuration
Download the blank configuration and trial data sheet. It contains no oxygen measurements, model ratings or completed case study.
